Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the NeuralVault platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NeuralVault platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NeuralVault provides a software-as-a-service platform for AI model auditing, adversarial testing, compliance monitoring, and related security services. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@neuralvault-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to test models or systems you do not own or have authorization to test
  • Attempt to circumvent security features of the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or content

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms. We reserve the right to change pricing upon 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

NeuralVault and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, documentation, and platform design. You retain ownership of your data and models. You grant NeuralVault a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other party’s confidential information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. NeuralVault’s security and audit methodologies are confidential and may not be reverse-engineered or disclosed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuralVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. NeuralVault’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to NeuralVault in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms upon 30 days written notice. NeuralVault may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Service or other users. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.
